Melissa- your action research plan looks really great! Videos, apps, iPads, your on the right track. Just one suggestion- do you have any idea what videos and apps. you will be using specifically? I think I read educreation app? Maybe you can list specific titles on videos? Good luck with Week 4- we're almost there. Please check out my blog- let me know what you think. Have a wonderful Sunday! Your plan looks good but, I would recommend you add some evaluation standards to a few of the sections labeled "N/A". I know that you may not see the need to have information in that section because it seems self explanatory but, look at it as an outsider. the question you need to ask yourself is if I hand this to a stranger would they get the overall vision in each step. For example in step 4 ask yourself "is the PowerPoint clear and does the training provide all staff with the skills needed to meet the objective". Overall I see this as a wonderful plan and I hope a little outside vision will help you in the future. Good luck.
